1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 General Returns

1.1.1 Returns or exchanges are only available within 14 days of delivery based on the shipping carrier's delivery time.

1.1.2 To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@outlined.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Items to be returned
  • Reason for the return request

1.1.3 Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

1.1.4 Change of mind returns will not be accepted.

1.1.5 Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns, if required.

1.2 Faulty Goods

1.2.1 Our goods may come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.2.2 If you have received a product with a defect, contact us at support@outlined.com.au promptly. You must provide proof of the defective product by sending a photo to support@outlined.com.au.

1.2.3 If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will either replace the product or refund the price to your original payment method, as per your request.
