1. Delivery
1.1 Dispatch and Delivery Timeframe
1.1.1 We aim to dispatch and deliver products to the specified location within the time indicated at the time of your Order. However, firm delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

1.1.2 While we strive to inform you of any anticipated delivery delays, we are not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

1.2 If delivery to a specific location is not possible, we will promptly notify you using the contact details provided during the Order process. In such cases, we will arrange for the cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative address.

1.2.1 We are committed to assisting you in resolving any delivery-related issues. If the fault lies with the carrier and your order is confirmed as missing and overdue after the expected delivery date, we will conduct an initial investigation with the carrier. Following this investigation, if the carrier is found to be responsible for the fault, we will re-send your order to ensure you receive it in satisfactory condition.
